- E. Coli
E. coli is one of the leading causes of food poisoning. While most E. coli infections are caused by eating undercooked ground beef, bean sprouts and leafy vegetables can also carry the bacteria. Learn about the causes and symptoms of E. coli infection.
- Salmonella
